ARENA

YOUR VOICE, YOUR RECORD

Privacy policy

Arena is a live voice-debate service. This policy explains what information the service handles, why it is needed, and the choices you have.

Effective August 10, 2026

1. Information Arena handles

Account and profile

When you create an account, Arena receives information such as your name, email address, verification status, profile image if provided, and the sign-in methods you link. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes; Arena cannot read your password.

Preferences

Arena stores your debate-experience level, topic interests, onboarding choices, and other settings so the app can tailor private prep and speaking cues.

Debates and transcripts

Arena stores room participation, the motion and side you argued, finalized speech-to-text transcripts, scores, verdicts, debate personas, rivals, and transcript-derived conversation analysis such as claims or bluff calls.

Voice

Your microphone audio is carried live to the other player and processed for speech-to-text. Arena does not intentionally save raw room audio as part of your debate record. Audio may be processed transiently by Arena's real-time voice and transcription providers to deliver the service; the finalized text transcript is retained.

Technical and support information

Arena and its infrastructure providers may process device, browser, network, IP address, session, crash, and security-log information. If you contact support or join a waitlist, Arena also receives the information you submit, such as your email, platform, message, and optional motion suggestion.

2. Why Arena uses this information

Arena uses information to:

  • create and secure your account, verify email, and recover access;
  • run live voice rooms, synchronize turns, and transcribe speech;
  • generate debate scores, feedback, personas, records, and rival history;
  • remember your preferences across devices;
  • respond to support, privacy, and safety reports;
  • prevent abuse and diagnose reliability or security problems; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce Arena's terms.

3. Providers and disclosures

Arena uses service providers to operate the product, including Railway for application and database hosting, LiveKit for real-time voice and speech processing, configured AI model providers for judging and transcript analysis, Resend for transactional email, and Apple or Google when you choose their sign-in services. These providers process information for Arena under their own service terms and privacy commitments.

Arena may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets with appropriate safeguards. Arena does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising trackers.

4. Retention and deletion

Account, profile, preferences, and debate history are generally kept while your account is active or as needed to operate the service. Security, provider, and support logs may be kept for a reasonable operational, fraud-prevention, or legal period.

You can delete your account from Account settings. Deletion removes your account, linked sign-in methods, preferences, and personal participation records. A debate belongs to both participants, so its transcript and verdict may remain without an active account link to preserve the other player's record and the integrity of completed results. The transcript may still show the display name used during that debate. Arena may also retain information when legally required or necessary to resolve abuse or security incidents.

5. Your choices

You can update your preferences, manage linked sign-in methods, sign out, or delete your account inside Arena. You may also ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by emailing edward@100ai.id. Arena may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Rights vary by location.

6. Children

Arena is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. Do not use Arena if you are below the minimum age or lack any consent required in your location. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact Arena.

7. Security and international processing

Arena uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Arena and its providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.

8. Changes and contact

Arena may update this policy as the product changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, surfaced in the product. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to edward@100ai.id.
