1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Arena, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old, meet any higher minimum age required where you live, and have authority to accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Arena.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not sell, share, or transfer access to another person. Linked Apple, Google, or email sign-in methods should belong to you.
3. Conduct in the arena
Debate ideas vigorously, but do not use Arena to:
- threaten, harass, stalk, or target another person;
- promote hatred or violence against protected groups;
- share private information, intimate material, or recordings without permission;
- impersonate others, defraud users, or misrepresent affiliation;
- publish illegal content or facilitate illegal activity;
- spam, manipulate matches or results, or evade enforcement; or
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
A difficult or unpopular position is not itself misconduct. Context matters, but a debate format does not excuse abuse directed at a person.
4. Voice, transcripts, and your content
Live debates require microphone access. By joining and speaking, you understand that your voice will be transmitted to the other participant and processed into a transcript. Other participants will see the completed transcript, verdict, and related analysis in their records.
You keep ownership of content you contribute. You grant Arena a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, transcribe, analyze, display, and retain that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service and its shared debate records. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide it.
5. AI transcription and judging
Arena's judge evaluates the debate transcript for reasoning, support, clash, and weighing. It is not a fact-checking service, and a score is not a statement that every claim was true or false. Automated transcription, scoring, personas, bluff analysis, and summaries can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. They are for debate feedback and entertainment, not professional, legal, medical, financial, or factual advice.
6. Availability and changes
Arena is evolving. Features, motions, time limits, scoring, providers, or access may change. Rooms may be interrupted by connectivity, microphone permissions, maintenance, or service failures. Arena may suspend or discontinue any part of the service and does not guarantee that a room, transcript, or result will always complete or remain available.
7. Enforcement and termination
Arena may investigate reports and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or secure the service. You may stop using Arena at any time and can delete your account in Account settings.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Arena is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Arena and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, reputation, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
Arena may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, surfaced in the product. Questions can be sent to edward@100ai.id.
